She completes the whole process through from the beginning to the end, and really cares about your needs and wants. We interviewed several realtors before hiring Toniann. She shared the opinion that "She worked for us, and we were the boss". We liked that tone for our business relationship. It is a tough market and we discussed straggles to sell. Toniann was open and receptive to our ideas and input. She was fantastic at keeping us informed on every step during the process.
