This is an amazing house. It checks all the boxes with high end upgrades. See attached Features list. Enjoy the Real Virtual Tour and notice the crown molding, high end appliances, electric fireplace, outdoor kitchen, etc. What you can't see is that the windows and doors are impact resistant, there is a whole house generator, the impact screens for the patio portion are electric and a small manual one. This house is amazing with custom closets in every bedroom. Seller has not lived in the house, but has had an inspection completed with no issues.
