After working with a buyer for a couple of weeks in Brooksville, we are finally in contract on a "good" foreclosure. By that I mean one that is in financable condition and a fairly high end home on acreage. While working through getting the utilities working for the home inspections to be completed, two of their next three choices have now also gone contract pending. Of course we are hoping the inspections go well so this will go through to a successful closing, we can sure see the difference in the sales rate of the foreclosures now and last year. They are selling much better now. It will help if this flood of foreclosures ever does end, and we can have a stable market again...in the meantime, there are still some terriffic deals out there for you.
