I had a heartwarming experience this week when a couple who were trying to purchase a home in Spring Hill, Florida since last year, closed on a home this week - a home they wouldn't have dreamed of owning last year, but were able to afford this year.

The problem was they had some small issues and it took the third mortgage person to help them fix what needed to be fixed, their patience, and a few months later, we found their dream home. When searching for your home, make sure you feel comfortable with the mortgage person and of course, your realtor. They nicknamed me the "Bronx Bomber" because I made sure no one took advantage of them.

They sent me a plant as a thank you gift, but the best gift of all was the expression on their faces when they walked through their home. I know they will be like family to me and we will have a long relationship.

Real estate is difficult these days and some days you want to throw the towel in, but when you see a couple as happy as these two were, it makes it more than worthwhile.
