With prices so reasonable in Hernando County, now is a perfect opportunity to get a beautiful home for a great price. I was looking at a few websites over the last few days. I found new houses priced at $70,000.00. That same house was priced at $ 165,000.00, just last year. These houses have never been lived in. WOW.. what a great deal!  With interest rates so low, now you can get a lot more house for your money. I guess the builders’ loss can be considered a buyers gain. Many of  them were listed in areas like Weeki Wachee, Spring Hill, Ridge Manor and Hernando Beach. All these areas are great year round, but, especially in the summer. If you have a boat, the Gulf of Mexico is only a short drive away! Great for boaters and fisherman. Why move to a crowded area? Come find Hernando County. You won’t be sorry!!
