When I become president, one thing I will take a hard look at is the enourmous cost of keeping criminals, losers, and deadbeats happy, safe, and healthy. As a productive tax paying member of society I have a really hard time with paying for prisoners with a life sentence. I believe that if someone commits murder or any other crime along those lines they should give up their rights by law as a US Citizen. We also need harsher prisons so criminals may think twice about actually committing the crime. If criminals no longer have rights the quality of service in prisons could then go down and costs would be substantially less. I believe that if the goverment insists on life in prison sentences rather than the death penalty then all these criminals should be housed together at a state or national level. We do not need to train them or teach them (or really care about their health or wellbeing)since they are never getting out of prison. The government could buy up large tracts of vacant land and basically build a large circular structure with 50 foot walls with a few guard posts along the top of the walls. The guard would have the authority to just shoot anyone trying to escape. The prisoners could assemble products or some other kind of menial work to earn money for food. This kind of jail system would be very harse & would definitely deter criminal behavior. I mean....serioulsy folks, people right now, everyday, commit crimes just to go to jail for a few days so they can eat & have a bed. This ape is just tired of paying for that kind of nonsense and government waste.
