
Home prices are falling, foreclosures are rising and the supply far outweighs the demand in the real estate market today! However, some of the hardest hit states in the Nation are beginning to face the relentless bidding wars on certain homes, which means Florida will soon be next. With the existing home sales still on the rise, according to the Florida Association of Realtors data release yesterday, the inventory will begin to diminish. Once inventory is down, prices will begin to rise and the good ol' fashion bidding will start once again!
South Florida is expected to recover a little slower than the rest of Florida as the Miami-Dade, Lee County and Collier County real estate markets were hit pretty hard. As for the market in Hillsborough County, Orange County and Duval County...let the games begin!
