Susie Orman, financial guru had an article in February 16th issue of People which said the only positive thing going on now is real estate prices. People who thought they could never be afford to buy a home now can. She goes on to say there was a time where rent was more than a mortgage but with the prices, that is reversing so DON'T WAIT. She also felt that the unfortunate people who did lose their homes will be able to come back in and afford to buy aother home - let's hope for that and make our goal to have the pride of home ownership back!
