This weekend, February 1, 2009 is Super Bowl Sunday in Tampa Hillsborough County Florida and with it, will bring hundreds of thousands of people to the area! The last Super Bowl hosted at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida was Super Bowl XXXV when the Baltimore Ravens defeated the NY Giants.

Plenty of Super Bowl Parties will be hosted throughout Florida, five of the biggies in the area can be found in this St. Pete Times Article. The Boss, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will provide entertainment during the half time show, belting out tunes from his Working on a Dream CD.

Super Bowl XLIII will be a battle between the Arizona Cardinals and the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Arizona Cardinals have not seen a triumph such as this one since 1947!

Tickets for the Super Bowl came in at $2,000 for ONE ticket, however they have dropped in price almost 15% during the last few days, hovering around the $1,500 mark, this price range will guarantee a seat for you in the nose bleed section of the Raymond James Stadium.
