According to a quarterly survey taken by the University of Florida's Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies, the worse of the real estate crisis is behind Florida. The survey is a compilation of questions given to bankers and real estate professionals geared towards the state of Florida's real estate market. The result showed that the real estate market prices, both commercial and residential, have hit rock bottom.

Don't get me wrong, the state has plenty of other issues at hand, such as the record high unemployment and tightened credit standards that still remain an issue for recovery. However, setting the real estate market back on track is a biggie in Florida, as most of the income generated for the state comes from tourism and taxes.

It's time to stop monkeying around and get in on some of the amazing real estate deals in Florida.
