Great news has come from the mid-Florida regional mls system that the Fannie Mae pilot program to have lenders pre-approve "short-sale" listing prices and give a stream-lined process for submittal and responses for those listings to the listing agents. This is the exact type of common sense needed in order to market and sell homes successfully - finally!! Hopefully it will spread to every mls, Brooksville, Spring Hill and Hernando County in general do have some listings in that mls system!
