Redington Beach does't have an ordinance on it's books to deal with the vacant homes and foreclosed homes that have or are falling into disrepair and become an attraction for those individuals who are into mischief or causing more damage.

To help correct the situation and arm local code enforcement,  town commissioners reviewed and passed on first reading an ordinance to deal with the problem.  The proposed ordinance will undergo further review at the next commission meeting
