Real Estate will once again be our preferred investment for our future. The middle of 2010 should see the housing market rebound. Multi-family real estate will remain stagnant for the forseeable future and commercial property will not recover till consumers regain trust in financial markets. Americans will again discover that real estate is the best investment for their future and until the recent past always has been. Real estate has almost always been our hedge against inflation and a way of owning something tangible that one can be sure of for themselves and generations to come.
