The last 2 weeks have been almost like the good old days. The only difference is the number of foreclosures and short sales. I recommend to my buyers that they also look at the normal on the market homes. Several are priced well. They feature the benefit of the quick response easier to close process. As a Realtor, I am tired of watching my buyers lose their home they want to buy due to a bank or short sale lender saying no at the last minute. Now the buyer is out all the time not to mention the expense of a home inspection, an appraisal, survey and so on. Buyers and Realtors are tired of this treatment. The stress is just too much. (On a personal note the Realtor has worked several hours without earning any money or compensation. Try paying your bills -oh well. I am glad to see buyers are learning and going back to looking at normal homes. Citrus County is happening!!
