Real Estate is helping Florida recover from bad economy. Homes have begun moving at a brisk pace in Hernando county and Pasco county are finally able to begin dealing with drop in price of many homes and successfully move them into the hands of new owners.
Manatee county according to my sources has been doing much better with the median priced homes, while luxury homes are still slow. Tampa and Hillsborough county are having a great year so far and are moving property off the books at a pace approaching 2003 levels. Real Estate sales will be a big engine in the economic recovery of Florida.  There are many people reaching the age of retirement and a lot of these folks have dreamed of buying Real Estate in Florida most of their adult lives  and we can help make that dream come true.
