Working on the sale of another 2006 built home. This home was built by one of the builders whose name is often in papers lately that they were a victim of their suppliers providing what we now know as defective Chinese drywall. Just a reminder that if you are looking to buy or even to sell a home built or major remodeled during 2004-2007 a professional home inspection is highly recommended. They know clues that will help lead to a conclusion of Chinese drywall presence or not in the home. The percentage of homes having the drywall is small, so have no fear to purchase one, as long as you are aware of the facts and utilize proper inspections. Happy New Home!
