I know this last blizzard has made many northerners think about moving to Florida. Why not Hernando County. Our towns are Spring Hill, Weeki Wachee and Brooksville. There is no snow; but plenty of sunshine and home sales are at their lowest and bountiful!
We have a lot to offer - less than an hour from Tampa and when in Tampa, even though it is a city, driving around is easy. Lots of shows and great restaurants.
Spring Hill, Weeki Wachee and Brooksville are somewhat suburban and just minutes away from Pine Island Beach. Instead of shoveling, you could be bathing on the beach, fishing or out on your new boat!
