It was great to see two new restaurants opening on SR 19 in Spring Hill, Florida. We have lost a few restaurants, but seeing new ones opening means we are on the mend.

A Mexican restaurant is opening where Village Inn was on 19 and River Country, and another buffet place is opening where Cracked Egg had moved, but didn't make it. I am not sure what kind of buffet it is; it just says Jin Buffet.

Even though this may not be new, it was my first time going there for breakfast today and it was fantastic - Farmer John's Key West in Brooksville. It has a Key West atmosphere and an unbelievable menu; not just your normal eggs and pancakes. It had a great twist to it and it was not expensive and the portions are huge; definetely worth the trip. It is near Rogers Christmas Tree Shop; just west of the tree shop.
