Florida has had a bad "rap" due to the economy and real estate market. NOW is a GREAT time to buy in our beautiful Sunshine state. There are several great real estate deals for homes and vacant land. We are still the state of white sand beaches, some of which are dog friendly. Fresh water rivers and lakes, theme parks and award winning golf courses are just a few of our ammenities. You can do just about anything except for snow ski in our tropical paradise. From Destin to Key West there is something for everyone including the intellectual. Florida has been a top vacation destination for many decades. I feel lucky to be able to work and play in my own paradise. What are YOU waiting for?
