Our family moved to Brooksville from Oldsmar, Florida about 2 years ago. Since then I have found the people and events to be wonderful. It seems like there is always something going on. I have listed a few of the upcoming events for anyone that is interested.

February 9, 10 & 11 – Tampa State Fair Mounted Patrol Competition, Florida State Fair Grounds, competing will be some of our local Croom Horse Trail Riders.

February 20 – Croom Horse Club will be hosting a Valentines Ride at Twin ponds.

March 13 – Croom Horse riders will be riding in the Dade City Horse and Jazz Parade. The horses will be decorated in a roaring 20’s theme.

I am sure if you attend any of these events, you will find the people to be warm and welcoming. This is just one of the many reasons why Hernando County makes a wonderful place to live.
