I moved to Weeki Wachee from Long Island without much thought and then worried would I regret it? I have been here almsot five years and you couldn't get me to move back.

For me, it is a "small town feeling" with all the amenities. I am no more than 20 minutes away from anything; the beach, shopping (which is constantly growing); medical facilities, hospitals and less than an hour from Tampa. I lived in Long Island and never went to NYC. My husband and I go to Tampa all the time because it is not a hassle with traffic and we thoroughly enjoy it! We don't have to worry about the "weather".

It is not NY on the grand scale but I like that hometown feeling!

If you are thinking about making the move, don't delay! You probably won't see the market like it is now. AFFORDABLE
