Indian Trail North Carolina has bargains
June 15, 2011

Only 15 miles southeast of Charlotte, North Carolina, sits one of the fastest growing towns in Union County. Indian Trail, N.C was populated by only 499 residents a decade ago; however, by 2010 a 970% jump in the population brought the resident total to 5,353, according to the Census Bureau.

This little stretch of heaven lies between Porter Rd. and Orr Rd also known as tract 203.17. Tracts are used by the U.S. Census Bureau for their counts. One tract may cover an entire county or just a few blocks, depending on the population in the tract.

Part of the scenery in this little stretch of the county is the multiple for-sale signs along with new construction, as the demand for homes continues to grow. Homes range between $180,00 to $300,000 throughout the subdivisions of Brandon Oaks, Taylor Glenn and Shiloh Grace.

Homebuyers are coming from New York, Michigan, Florida and many other states across the nation to get a piece of the pie, taunted by easy access to the city of Charlotte, mild weather, low taxes and good schools.
