Pasco County, FL - The Pasco County Community Development at (727) 834-3445 , is hosting its first Homebuyer Fair scheduled for Saturday, April 17th. The event is free and will be held between 8 a.m - 5 p.m. on US 19. The address is 3214 US 19 for directions to the event if you live in the area.
The purpose behind this event is to explain a multitude of options for buyers, including first-time homebuyers. Pasco County qualified for one of the largest amounts of stimulus funds, and they are now prepared to help put people into homes priced up to 240k. sweet.
A Homebuyer Education Class will also be presented that day by Consumer Credit Counseling Service. This class is required in order to obtain Pasco County funds. (You do not need to attend a class if you have done so in the last two years.) The class will be presented in both English and Spanish.
