(have to live there at least 3 years as I read it) Still waiting to read the final signed bill today or tomorrow, but if that is the deal...come to Hernando County and buy your home...you can get no-money down loan from USDA program here, and then pocket the tax credit money...pay less than rent...get money back...and, history shows, that in time the investment will pay handsomely as cycles go from seller market to buyer market then back to seller market again,,,in time.
