I just got back from a trip to Orlando - and by the way let me Congratulate my niece on her accomplishment as a High School Graduate. WOW! Orlando happens to be my home of record. I am very familiar with that area and let me tell you home prices there are still UP UP UP. We here in Hernando, Citrus and Pasco County truly have a treasure. What I am seeing now is a turn in our market areas Hernando, Citrus, and Pasco counties. Prices are definately stabilizing. And this is a good sign!
