On February 7th and 8th of 2009 the first Orlando Foreclosures Expo will be held at the International Plaza Resort & Spa located at 10100 International Drive in Orlando, Orange County, Florida.

The expo will give homeowners that are looking at foreclosures, another place to list their homes as well as bringing real estate brokers, agents, property attorneys, lenders and others that are involved in the foreclosure industry a place to gather under one roof!

A VIP breakfast will be served before the Expo begins, workshops on foreclosure avoidance, and a foreclosed home will be given away!

According to Phil Peachey, licensed Realtor and founder of the Foreclosures Expo, This will be the first event of its kind, where real estate industry professionals and the public and learn about the foreclosure industry, network and links buyers and sellers of foreclosed properties.
