April 10th and 11th of 2010 the very first Florida Open House will take place, all weekend long!  Over 35,000 blue balloons sporting the Realtor logo will be flying over open house mailboxes from the tip of Key West, Monroe County, Florida all the way up to the panhandle!  

And what better timing?  Home prices are low, the homebuyer’s tax credit will still be available, and the interest rates are hovering at around 5%!
