A real estate colleague of mine asked if I'd like to go bike riding the other day on a Hernando County Florida bike trail followed up by kayaking on the Withlacoochee River.

Not wanting to appear like a wimp and due for a new regimen in exercise, I told her sure, and showed up for our adventure. Quite frankly, I was awed by our surroundings, the peace and quiet, the wildlife, and the inviting exercise along the bike trail and navigating the gentle flow of the cool spring feed Withlacoochee.

Thanks to you my new friend and thank you Hernando County for a great new healthy outlook. I slept well that evening and will make these activities part of my weekly schedule. I did not know how much I was missing.
