I was out showing property today to a potential home buyer, and we were talking about the economy and what has taken place in the past few years. He then told me that rumor was that the banks have so many homes on the books that they are in fear of just releasing them all at once due to what it will do to the home prices (prices dropping even lower).
First, we must remember that banks want to recoup as much as they possibly can. What I believe is that banks hope in due time that prices rise again and their losses or not as much.
What does that mean to the home buyer? If you wait, you are taking a big gamble. Real Estate has always been one of the safest investments. Interest rates are at an all time low, 100% financing is still available, and home prices are unbelievable.
So I tell you "NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY". Call your Realtor and get started before you wait too long and your time is gone.
Here is to finding that great value.
