What if you have a buyer who is anxious to purchase a home....BUT refuses to get a loan approval until they find a home they like...How many times can you insist they take care of that first and foremost!! Do you....Would you...show them properties, Not knowing if they can get a loan.....Even though they say they can....No one wants to lose a potenital client....so do you put in the time and effort knowing the risk?????
