I had the privilege of showing property today. We were looking at the gorgeous waterfront on this perfect weather day. The buyers are amazed at how the prices of come down since they looked at property last year. Now they will be tourists and try to relax and make a decision. They picked the perfect week to come-so much to do. There are arts and crafts shows, the manatee festival and just to meet and greet the wonderful people of Citrus County. I moved here from hectic St. Petersburg twenty years ago-you could not pay me to go back!
