Zephyrhills is an up and coming part of Pasco County. The city has been around for a very long time, but, it is still very quaint. It began in 1888 with only 280.74 acres. The town was established in 1910 and incorporated in 1914. Even though it is quite old, this city still has the same small town feel. The people who live there display the southern hospitality you would expect from a close knit community. It’s a great place to play as well as live. One event they have going on is the Saturday Night Cruise in. It will be held on July 24th. from 4:00 to 9:00 pm. If you like old cars, this is the show to see. They have plenty of vintage cars on display. As you walk around, there will be great food and music for your enjoyment. There is no entry fee to get in. I believe that is a good thing, because in todays tight economy, it’s always good to find things to do that are not expensive. This show will be held in downtown Zephyrhills at the intersection of hwy 301 and hwy 54 west on 5th Ave. Come join us and see why the area is a great place to live. Contact me at Tropic Shores Realty and we will get started on making your dream a reality.
