Most of us have heard "when the going gets tough, the tough get going". Lately I've encountered some of the toughest. Whether you are a buyer or seller in Hernando County please realize all parties involved in making it to a successful closing today are under tremendous pressure to resolve all the issues and keep it together. Remember the "Golden Rule". Today the stress got to me and now I owe someone an apology...she had no idea what was going on when she called, the pressure to perform with deadlines moments away. Absolutely no excuse to be short with her...this makes me realize that when others get short with me right now, I have no idea the level of stress they are dealing with...tomorrow I hope my apology will be accepted and will strive to treat everyone as I would want in return, no matter what. Toughness in this environment without the "Golden Rule" is not how I want to be.
