Last evening I had the pleasure to attend an outdoor performance by the Florida Orchestra at the Hernando Beach Club. The concert took place between 7:00 - 8:30PM so all were able to enjoy the spectacular sunset while listening to a supurb preformance. The Hernando Beach Club is located at the end of Flamingo Drive and boasts a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Passing boaters anchored to enjoy the music as well. I'm certain every surrounding home was captured by the echo over the waterways of the strings, brass and percussion playing music from Phantom of the Opera. We're all hoping this will be a once a month event. Tickets are sold in advance and at the door. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the moment.
