Downtown Brooksville, in Hernando County, is having a "springfest" on Main Street Saturday 4/18 from 9 am to 3 pm. There is a Flea Market, a locally grown produce Farmer Market, local growers of lovely spring flowers, local honey vendors, a music festival, cookbook festival, bake sale and various kids events. This is sponsored by Brooksville churches and non-profit organizations, including the local homeless outreach, Love Your Neighbor. Proceeds benefit Love Your Neighbor and the Community Farm projects and more needed and appreciated projects of the outreach.
