The $8000 tax rebate deadline expires Nov. 30th. There is still time to beat this deadline with these helpful hints: First you need to find a home which can close quickly. Does the home need extensive repairs? Are the systems and appliances working? Is the home in a flood zone? How soon can it close? Are there other offers? With the appropriate answers to these questions, you should be able to close within 40 days. Remember to target the homes that can close quickly. Get your financing in order now.
