We live in Hernando County (Spring Hill, Weeki Wachee and Brooksville areas); however, what we love most is that we can be in Tampa/Clearwater area in less than 50 minutes. We take the beautiful Sun Coast Parkway, no traffic (we are from Long Island and know traffic).

Last night was my husband's birthday and he had on his "bucket list" to go to Armani's Restaurant so as a surprise, I booked it. He didn't know we were going so I just gave him directions. This restaurant sits on the top floor of the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Clearwater overlooking Tampa Bay. The view is magnificent and the food quite extraordinary. It us not your usual fare, but it is unique. The service is impeccable, there are three people serving you without being intrusive.

It was well worth it and there is nothing like the Floriday skyline!
