On my way to overnight camping trip with friends by the Withlacoochee River last night on the Hernando County, Pasco County Florida line, I received a nervous call from a buyers agent.

"JAZ is that four acre lot on Sunshine Grove road in Brooksville still available?"
JAZ: "Yes it is, how much is the offer?"
Buyer's Agent: "You were asking $49000, and the offer is $40000."
JAZ: "I think the seller will want to make that work." "See you at closing, and thank you."

And that is the way it has been going for me over the past two months. From an inventory of 54 lots for sale, 30 have sold from Royal Highlands in Brooksville. All deals were cash and great buys. 1.1 acres sold for as little as $7000.
