Someone tell me that they had a GREAT experience with the two cents of a relative.
I was in the office the other day and overheard a customer talking with a relative regarding a transaction she wanted to pursue. Her agent was sitting there and I heard her say that her agent advised otherwise but her gutt said go another way. Her relative on the other end agreed with her.
It seems like whenever you are buying anything (tv. stereo, land, home, etc) you will always get the two cents of relative.
All I ask is that please keep in mind that we Realtors know our business. We do it on a daily basis, some of us are 365/24/7. We do respect the opinion of the others but please keep mind that it takes 10 times longer to get the job done when we have too many people involved in the process.
A word of advise to potential buyer's.....go with your Realtor and take a look at the homes, then make a list of the homes you like best. Then set another appointment to take your extended family to preview as well. Just remember they will give you their opinion. Stay strong and go with what you like and not what they want you to like. Not all eyes see things the same.
