The most expensive Home in the United States is for sale. The Co/Broke 3% means that $4.5 million  will go to the favored listing broker, but you have to be vetted by the Dog.

Cindy Spelling, widow of the famous TV tycoon Aaron Spelling, of the TV shows Dynasty, Charlies Angels and 90210 fame, is selling their California Estate.  The home is in the well heeled neighborhood of Hugh Hefner and friends .

The story goes, that Cindy's Wheaten terrier is brought into the room by security when she is interviewing potental listing agents, if the dog doesn't like them, they are crossed of the list.

Moral of story:  Dont leave home without stuffing bacon in your socks or at least a few milk bones in your pocket!
