We had the good fortune to have selected Shannon Polk to be our agent to sell my mother's home in Sugarmill Woods. She was very resourceful solving problems along the way. She had to work extra hard because I live out of state and was not able to deal with these in person. I was very impressed with her and I am happy I stuck with her to the end.
