Greg was knowledgeable, patient and supportive when dealing with a problem caused by the County and the Pool contractor not closing out the permit and no one would take responsibility for it, leaving me to figure out what to do. Greg armed me with the resources that were available, and the verbiage I needed to communicate what I needed done, he went with me to the businesses and the county to help communicate the problem. After closing he continued to hold responsible those who said they'd fix it. He dealt with the sellers unreasonable agent for us. He was a live saver
